SHIPPING POLICY
WE OFFER FIRST CLASS & PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING WITH TRACKING; DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for miss-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose. Please contact us directly to arrange for insurance to be added prior to placing your order. Insurance cannot be added once an order has been paid for.

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days regardless of shipping service for in stock items. We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and most Friday’s.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost, stolen, miss-delivered or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order; we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for paying the additional shipping costs. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE’S TRACKING PROGRESS.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of product. All items must be in brand new condition and packaging. Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice in the return package. Send to: MatchPoint USA PO Box 479, Granite Falls, WA 98252. Buyer pays for return shipping. As long as the preceding requirements are met, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
